Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hr after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS-Canpar-Purolator-Fedex with tracking and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment over 40lbs

Remote locations are excluded from our flat rate/free shipping option. Additional charges may apply for certain items that are delivered within a remote location

We hold no responsibility for any returned parcels due to a typing error, unless the order was placed by one of our agents. If you made a mistake, an extra shipping charge will be applied to reship your order.

Once the package leaves, it becomes the responsibility of the carries. They’re responsible for any unforeseen delays, and any damage that may be caused.

Products listed on our website are for shipping only, they’re no pick-up option.
